Leadership

Mike Farley was appointed pastor of LCF as from 1st September 2009. Our full leadership team includes Andy Housam, Jenny Hutchinson, Kim Plant & Alice Rowbottom.

Leaders are directly responsible for teaching, evangelism and social action, but other areas of ministry are delegated to co-ordinators, who are responsible for the following spheres of ministry:-

• Worship & music
• Prayer
• Pastoral care
• Children & youth
• Administration
